Job summary

Qualifications

• Three or more years of commercial loan support, loan administration, or related banking experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist lenders with commercial, consumer, construction-to-permanent, and participated loan requests by gathering and reviewing required documentation.
• Coordinate due diligence activities including credit reports, appraisals, environmental assessments, title commitments, flood determinations, lien searches, and other supporting documentation.
• Ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant with Bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a trusted resource for lenders throughout underwriting, closing, and servicing process.
• Prepare and coordinate loan documentation packages for commercial and consumer closings.
• Monitor outstanding items and proactively follow up to keep transactions moving forward.

Education

Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
