Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS/GED with 4 years in Sales, Customer Service, or Operations.
• Experience in commercial loan documentation or banking support preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and related office systems.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing Sales Support: identify cross-sell opportunities, coordinate materials for presentations, set up sales calls.
• Documentation Support and Accuracy: originate, process and ensure loan documentation for closings.
• Ongoing Credit Servicing Support and Accuracy: resolve documentation issues, update financial statements, run portfolio reports.
• Monitoring of Past Due Credits: communicate and follow up on past-due accounts to ensure they remain current.
• Ongoing Customer Service/Office Support: coordinate opening of deposits and other banking services with branch partners.
