The role collaborates with lenders, attorneys, and title companies, coordinates closings, and maintains data integrity while supporting a high-volume pipeline and adherence to service standards.

Qualifications

• Four years’ related experience in commercial lending.
• Understanding of commercial loan products and collateral.
• Proficiency in reviewing attorney-prepared documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loan closings with attorneys and title companies.
• Review and ensure accuracy of loan packages before closing.
• Prepare and review loan documentation for settlements.
• Monitor pipeline to ensure timely closings and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate loan files for audits and regulatory reviews.
