Job summary

Mid Penn Bank seeks a Commercial Loan Settlement Officer to manage closings, settlement workflows, and documentation accuracy for commercial loans in PA. You will coordinate with attorneys, lenders, and title companies to ensure timely closings and compliance with policies.

The role requires experience with commercial loan documents, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-volume files while maintaining data integrity and service standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; paralegal certification preferred.
• At least four years’ related experience in commercial loan documents.
• Ability to review and interpret attorney-prepared legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate closings with attorneys and title companies to ensure timely mortgage documentation.
• Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, and title companies to resolve discrepancies before closing.
• Manage end-to-end loan closing and settlement for commercial loans and facilities.
• Review loan packages to ensure terms are met prior to closing.
• Prepare and verify closing documents for accuracy and compliance.
