Mid Penn Bank is seeking a Banking Commercial Loan Settlement Officer in PA. This full-time role supports the commercial lending department by preparing, reviewing, and ensuring accurate loan documentation for closings and settlements.

The position collaborates with lenders, attorneys, and title companies to deliver timely closings while maintaining data integrity and regulatory compliance. The candidate should have strong knowledge of commercial loan structures, collateral, and banking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with business emphasis; paralegal training preferred.
• Minimum four years’ related experience in commercial loan documentation.
• Ability to review and interpret attorney-prepared documents.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate closings with attorneys and title companies to ensure timely mortgage documentation.
• Resolve documentation discrepancies with lenders and attorneys before closing.
• Manage end-to-end loan closing and settlement for commercial loans and facilities.
• Review loan packages to ensure terms and conditions are met before closing.
• Verify accuracy of closing documents and required collateral records.
• Prepare loan settlement documents in compliance with regulations and policies.
