Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to input Warehouse Lending loans, process Dealer Floor Plan lines, and handle payments and payoffs.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a regulated banking environment. Responsibilities include daily wire processing, loan posting, and supporting Mortgage Warehouse Lenders and dealers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in banking or another financial institution preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Inputs new Warehouse Lending loans into the Banking core system.
• Advances Dealer Floor Plan lines based on dealer requests.
• Verifies payments and payoffs; contacts dealers with issues.
• Posts payments and payoffs to Dealer Floor Plan and Warehouse Lending loans.
• Performs daily wire processing and supports fast-paced workflows.
• Maintains communication with Mortgage Warehouse Lenders and dealers.
• Downloads and distributes weekly reports to lenders.
• Monitors loan transactions and notifies customers of returns.
• Processes remittance paperwork for participation loans.
• Processes incoming and outgoing wires daily.
• Provides support to branches and bank departments via email/phone.
• Posts loan payments and handles related processing activities.
• Ensures accurate onboarding and maintenance of commercial loans.
