Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented processor to input Warehouse Lending loans, process Dealer Floor Plan transactions, and handle daily payments and payoffs. The role requires strong communication with dealers and mortgage warehouse customers throughout the workday.

The candidate will maintain loans in the core system, manage wires, and support branches and departments while adapting to new systems and procedures to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in banking or other financial institution preferred.
• Professional demeanor, written and oral communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Input new Warehouse Lending loans into the core system.
• Process Dealer Floor Plan transactions and payoffs.
• Communicate with dealers and customers by phone and email.
• Post payments and payoffs to loans and systems.
• Handle wires, daily processing, and quick turnaround tasks.
• Maintain reports and provide support to branches and departments.
• Ensure timely and accurate onboarding and maintenance of commercial loans.
