Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented banking professional to input Warehouse Lending loans, process Dealer Floor Plan transactions, verify payments, and maintain accurate records in the core system.

You will support branches and Mortgage Warehouse Lenders, post payments and payoffs, handle daily wires, and provide timely updates to dealers and customers.

This role emphasizes compliance, confidentiality, teamwork, and the ability to learn new systems to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in banking or financial institution preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for management, bank employees and customers.
• Ability to interact with customers and internal departments professionally.

Responsibilities

• Inputs new Warehouse Lending loans into the Banking core system.
• Advances Dealer Floor Plan lines based on dealer requests.
• Verifies payment and payoff; contacts dealers with issues.
• Posts payments and payoffs to Dealer Floor Plan software and Warehouse Lending loans.
• Processes daily wires and maintains timely processing of transactions.
• Maintains communication via email and phone with lenders, dealers and customers.
• Downloads, saves and distributes weekly Dealer Floor Plan reports.
• Monitors loan transactions and notifies customers of returns.
• Posts loan payments including participation loans per instructions from lead bank.
• Provides support to branches and departments via email or phone.
• Ensures accurate and timely onboarding and maintenance of commercial loans.
• Demonstrates teamwork and willingness to adapt processes and systems.
