Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking an organized Banking Operations Associate to input Warehouse Lending loans, process dealer floor plan transactions, and handle payments and payoffs. You will communicate with dealers, lenders, and branches to ensure timely processing and accurate recordkeeping.

The role requires high attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and proficiency with standard Microsoft Office products. Prior banking experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in banking or financial institutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Input new Warehouse Lending loans into the banking core system.
• Advance Dealer Floor Plan lines based on dealer requests.
• Verify payments and payoffs; contact customers as needed.
• Post payments and payoffs to systems as instructed.
• Process daily wires and other remittance activities.
• Provide support to branches and other bank departments as needed.
