Qualifications

• Two years of Commercial or Commercial Real Estate loan coordinating experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Review loan approvals and communicate items needed to work toward closing.
• Coordinate loan closings with lenders, title companies, and internal partners.
• Ensure closings comply with Loan Policy, Underwriting Guidelines and regulations.
• Order/review title commitments, flood determinations, environmental reports, UCC searches, and loan documentation.
