Responsibilities

• Inputs new Warehouse Lending loans into the banking core system.
• Advances Dealer Floor Plan lines per dealer requests.
• Verifies payments and payoff; contacts dealers with issues.
• Posts payments and payoffs to Dealer Floor Plan software and loans.
• Performs daily wires processing and quick-turnaround tasks.
• Maintains email/phone communication with lenders and dealers.
• Downloads and distributes weekly Dealer Floor Plan reports.
• Notifies customers of returned payments on serviced loans.
• Processes remittance paperwork for participation loans as lead bank.
• Processes incoming/outgoing wires daily.
