WesBanco, Inc. in Ross Township, PA seeks an operations associate to input new Warehouse Lending loans, process dealer floor plan transactions, and handle payments and maintenance requests in the Banking core systems.

You will work with both bought and sold participation loans, verify payments, post payments, handle wires daily, and support branches and departments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in banking or other financial institution preferred.
• Ability to learn Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Access.

Responsabilidades

• Inputs new Warehouse Lending loans into the Banking core system.
• Advances Dealer Floor Plan lines based on dealer requests.
• Verifies proper payment and payoff; contacts dealer or warehouse customer with issues.
• Posts payments and payoffs to Dealer Floor Plan software and Warehouse Lending loans.
• Performs quick daily processing of wires and FTM.
