Montgomery Bank is seeking an Operations Assistant to support Commercial Relationship Managers in managing complex loan portfolios. You will process transactions, renew loans, resolve customer issues, and coordinate loan documentation with multiple stakeholders.

This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent written and verbal communication. A high school diploma and banking operations experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3-year’s bank operations experience in loans or credit.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
• Proficient PC user with strong Windows and Microsoft Office skills.
• Detailed oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and analyze business organizational documents.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Commercial Relationship Managers with large loan portfolios by processing transactions, renewing loans, resolving issues and providing administrative support.
• Coordinate loan documentation via worksheets, review documents, and coordinate execution and booking of renewals.
• Work with managers to obtain data, draft letters and agreements, clear exceptions, and obtain collateral documentation; coordinate with CPAs, attorneys, and insurance agents.
• Serve as first point of contact for commercial customers and main point of contact for service issues.
