Job summary

State Bank is seeking a detail‑oriented loan documentation specialist to support consumer, commercial (incl. SBA) and agricultural loan prep. You will review checklists for accuracy, coordinate with vendors and law firms, and prepare engagement letters and loan documentation in our systems.

The role requires a high school diploma (associates preferred) and at least 1 year of related experience, with strong reading, writing, and math skills and solid computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates preferred.
• Minimum of one year in related positions.
• Proficient in loan documentation processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support consumer, commercial, and SBA loan document prep.
• Review checklists for compliance and accuracy.
• Interface with vendors and law firms to obtain required docs.
• Prepare letters, LC documentation, and tracking in loan systems.
• Ensure funding data accuracy and follow up for missing documents.
