Job summary

Stillman Bank Corp NA is seeking a Commercial/Consumer/ Agricultural Loan Processor to prepare and process loan documentation in line with bank policies and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with lenders and RMAs to ensure complete, accurate files prior to closing and booking.

This on-site role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining compliance with procedures and timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of loan processing or related banking experience.
• Experience with commercial, agricultural, and consumer loan documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documentation for commercial, consumer, and agricultural loan requests.
• Review loan requests to ensure all information and approvals are complete before documentation.
• Coordinate with lenders, RMAs, appraisers, title companies, attorneys, and others to facilitate closings.
• Verify collateral, insurance, lien perfection and closing conditions.
• Ensure compliance with bank policy, regulatory requirements and underwriting approvals.
• Prepare, review, and organize loan closing packages for accuracy.
• Assist with loan renewals, modifications, extensions, and maintenance.
• Track outstanding items and documentation exceptions; communicate status to lenders and RMAs.
• Maintain organized loan files in electronic and physical form per retention standards.
• Work with Loan Accounting and Loan Operations to ensure timely boarding and funding.
• Support audits, loan reviews and examinations by providing requested docs.
• Maintain knowledge of lending regulations and related procedures.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
