Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; one year banking experience.
• Five years’ experience in commercial real estate lending or loan brokerage supporting Credit, Processing and/or origination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documents for closing of commercial loans (C&I, CRE, commercial construction) and related notices.
• Coordinate settlement statements and disbursement of loan proceeds.
• Order and track third‑party reports (appraisals, titles, environmental site assessments) and ensure timely receipt.
• Assist Portfolio Managers in clearing pre‑funding conditions and finalizing loan closings.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations and monitor loan file status.
