Job summary

Old National Bank in Evansville, IN is seeking a Commercial Closing Specialist to support Relationship Managers in the Commercial and Business Banking segments. You will manage loan submissions, coordinate pre-closing tasks, and ensure accurate documentation in the CML system to support timely closings.

In this role you will review entity documents, title insurance, UCC searches and other materials, collaborate with underwriting and credit teams, and help train new staff while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of loan documents and loan processing.
• Experience working in a fast-paced office with service level expectations.

Responsibilities

• Review and process loan submissions in CML, including financial information and loan structure.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers to gather missing information for underwriting.
• Prepare template/regular loan documents and schedule appraisals, title/UCC searches.
• Collaborate with underwriting and credit teams to meet conditions precedent to closing.
• Provide guidance on policy exceptions and escalations as needed.
• Assist in training new team members and improving processes.
