Crossroads Bank in Wabash, IN is seeking a Commercial Loan & Lease Processor to support the loan and lease department with document processing, payment application, system maintenance, and customer service.

You will collaborate with loan officers, ensure accurate closing documentation, and help maintain sound credit administration while complying with regulatory requirements. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with loan processing or loan documentation.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to utilize and learn new technologies.
• Basic accounting and ledger maintenance experience.
• College degree or comparable advanced education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Working with loan officers to produce legally enforceable loan and lease closing documentation
• Processing payments and proper money movement in accordance with accounting requirements
• Provide support and knowledge to department
• Manage loan and lease accounts on the bank’s operating systems
• Communicate via email, phone, or written letter competently to customers and bank staff
• Help the department maintain sound credit administration and safe banking practices
• Assist in loan reviews, audits, and regulatory examinations.
