Job summary

This role requires 3 years in banking or related fields, with proficiency in Excel and Word, strong typing, and meticulous attention to detail. A high school diploma is required, and cross-functional team collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Three years of banking/finance/lending experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong typing, word processing, and 10-Key skills.
• Accuracy with financial calculations.
• Be well organized, detail-oriented, efficient, and able to multi-task.
• Strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all necessary loan documents accurately and within guidelines for loan officers.
• Provide friendly, professional service and maintain relationships with outside associates.
• Post advances and receipts for all loans and track budget inputs.
• Ensure loans are processed per bank policies to minimize risk.
• Review liens and due diligence and maintain orderly collateral files.
• Prepare and mail loan renewal packets in a timely manner.
• Assist with Branch Operations and staffing coordination as needed.
