Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent in consumer or residential lending.
• 2-4 years of lending experience.
• Preference for 2 years focusing on policy and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process all new applications in a timely manner, including flood, title, hazard insurance, and prepare for document preparation.
• Gather, analyze and interpret consumer loan applications and credit information.
• Create monthly reports from the loan system and Excel.
• Order and review flood certifications, title policies and appraisal requests.
• Assist in training bank personnel on Consumer Lending issues.
• Prepare and track Adverse Action letters and follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and bank policies.
