Proficiency with banking or loan management software and Excel/Word.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate.
Previous experience in commercial banking or loan administration preferred.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and maintain loan documentation for commercial and commercial real estate loans.
Process loan setups, modifications, renewals, and payoffs.
Ensure accurate data entry into loan servicing systems.
Monitor loan files for completeness and compliance with bank policies and regulations.
Coordinate with lenders, credit staff, and external partners to gather required information.
Support timely closings and provide internal reporting on loan portfolios.
