Qualifications

• Five to eight years of similar or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of loan documents, CAMs and compliance.
• Proficiency with loan processing software and Excel is expected.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work with lenders, title companies and attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Assists RMs with complex transactions including underwriting package preparation and closing documentation.
• Attends loan closings with RMs, coordinating with title companies and closing attorneys.
• Conducts outreach with business clients/prospects to develop relationships.
• Suggests new products and services after assessing client needs.
• Runs pricing models for RMs and loan pricing.
• Reviews monthly and quarterly loan compliance and required financial statements.
• Assists with quarterly RLMs and other duties as assigned.
