Job summary

First Farmers and Merchants Bank is seeking a Loan Administrator to support the Business Banking team and Retail Lenders. You will input loan requests into LOS/Abrigo, help prepare memos, coordinate closings, and provide high level customer service across multiple Tennessee branches.

Responsibilities include tracking maturities, covenant tests, renewals, and assisting with deposit accounts; familiarity with loan processing software and Excel is required, with Abrigo/FIS knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related loan administration experience.
• Ability to coordinate loan closings and document gathering.
• Proficiency with loan processing software and Excel.
• Knowledge of Abrigo and FIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers with underwriting packages and documentation.
• Coordinate third party reports and loan closings; track documents.
• Support deposit accounts maintenance and compliance with RM/Treasury.
• Provide day-to-day client servicing and occasional outreach to prospects.
