Qualifications

• Three to five years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis and spreading of business and personal financial statements, tax returns, rent rolls, and other financial information.
• Prepare Credit Approval Memorandums (CAMs) for new and existing commercial relationships.
• Analyze projections and conduct stress testing and financial modeling.
• Conduct industry, economic, and market research to identify trends, risks, opportunities.
• Assist with portfolio monitoring including covenant compliance and annual reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
