Job summary

NEWITY seeks a commercial loan-operations expert to shape how monitoring and servicing work are performed. You will partner with GTM to support design partnerships and sales, with product to inform strategy, and embed with banks to configure workflows, lead launches, and translate customer insights into improvements.

You will be the bridge between bank operators and product/engineering, ensuring regulatory and data requirements are met, and enabling scalable onboarding and training materials.

Qualifications

7-10 years in loan servicing, portfolio management, special assets, or lending operations with SBA/SMB/commercial exposure.
Knowledge of loan compliance, SOPs, lifecycle, and collateral monitoring (financial statements, taxes, UCC).
AI curious and able to explore AI solutions for workflows in financial services.
Technical fluency in software configuration, data/integrations, and tooling onboarding.

Responsibilities

Onboard customers, configure platform for SBA and commercial portfolios.
Map bank processes to configure and design solutions.
Serve as rollout lead: train teams, troubleshoot, drive go-lives.
