Qualifications

• 7-10 years in loan servicing, portfolio management, or lending operations with SBA/commercial exposure.
• Knowledge of loan compliance, SOPs, covenant monitoring, collateral monitoring, and regulatory audit prep.
• AI-curious, excited to explore AI solutions for complex workflows in financial services.
• Technical fluency: comfortable configuring software, data integrations, and learning new tools quickly.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with stakeholders and product/engineering teams.
• Willingness to be customer-facing and embedded on-site, to drive rollout success.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers by understanding surveillance workflows and configuring the platform for SBA and commercial portfolios.
• Map bank processes to design solutions and configure data flows.
• Lead rollout activities, training teams, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring go-lives.
• Define onboarding data requirements and partner with engineering on implementations.
• Test roadmap against servicing, monitoring, and regulatory realities.
• Translate customer pain points into prioritized product feedback.
• Ensure compliance with regulated-lending requirements and refine GTM playbooks.
• Develop onboarding playbooks, templates, and training materials.
