Job summary

Newity LLC is seeking a commercial loan-operations and servicing expert to shape how this work gets done. In this forward-deployed role, you'll engage with our GTM team to support design partnerships and sales, partner with our product team to bring subject matter expertise to the product strategy, and embed with banks to configure the platform to their workflows and lead successful launches.

You will bring domain credibility in loan servicing, monitoring, data sources, and regulatory realities,

Qualifications

7–10 years in loan servicing or lending operations with SBA/Commercial exposure.
Working knowledge of loan compliance and portfolio lifecycle.
Technical ability to configure software and integrate data.
Strong communication with banks, GTM, product and engineering teams.
Willingness to work onsite or in embedded rollout roles.

Responsibilities

Onboard customers by understanding monitoring workflows for SBA and commercial portfolios.
Map bank processes to configure and design loan servicing solutions.
Lead rollout training, issue troubleshooting, and drive go-lives.
Define onboarding data and integration requirements with engineering.
Ensure platform compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop onboarding playbooks and training materials.
Provide SME input across product, customer, and operations activities.
