Job summary

First Commonwealth Bank seeks a Corporate Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist to support commercial lending operations by producing accurate, compliant loan documents aligned with approvals and policy. The role requires attention to detail to minimize legal and regulatory risk and to coordinate with lenders, legal counsel, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has a related associate degree or equivalent experience, 1+ year in commercial banking, and proficiency in LaserPro, MS Word,

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in commercial banking, including loan documentation; LaserPro experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong relationship building, and analytical/mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive, error-free loan documents using LaserPro or templates per policies and legal requirements.
• Manage documentation workflow for LaserPro loans to meet approvals with error-free drafts and final documents.
• Prioritize urgent requests to meet deadlines and coordinate with lending teams for closings.
• Monitor a pipeline of high-value commercial loans and ensure all conditions are met before release.
• Communicate with lenders, analysts, portfolio specialists, and other departments to obtain due diligence.
• Prepare accurate amortization schedules as requested.
• Conduct research and support special projects with organized documentation.
• Ensure SLAs are met for draft preparation and issuance of final documents.
