Qualifications

• Knowledge of all aspects of commercial non-complex loans and loan documentation structures.
• Ability to review credit approvals and due diligence documents for policy compliance.
• Experience communicating with underwriters, loan officers and staff regarding documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documentation for commercial loan types and ensure accuracy per credit approvals and regulatory guidelines.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily activities to ensure on-time completion of work.
• Escalate and resolve documentation issues with team members.
• Train others on loan documentation processes and templates.
• Complete required training on compliance laws and regulations.
