Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Commercial Loan Collateral Specialist for a full-time role. You will review documentation, image, commit, and verify collateral records while assisting others in retrieving information to support loan operations.

The position requires attention to detail with experience in commercial real estate/documentation and the ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. This role supports post-close activities within Loan Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Commercial real estate experience and/or documentation experience.
• Collateral Lien Perfection Experience required.
• Attorney Prepared documentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Image, commit and verify documents in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain file inventory lists for existing loans, files moved to transfer and paid out charge-offs.
• Process Commercial Denials and ensure lien perfection in accordance with state and federal requirements.
• Coordinate with county/state/third‑party agencies to complete perfection and monitor recording confirmations.
• Maintain collateral tracking systems and electronic lien filing systems.
