Regions Financial Corporation in Hoover, Alabama seeks a Credit Products Corporate Loan Fulfillment Specialist to orchestrate the closing process for commercial loans, coordinate with deal teams, and ensure documentation compliance across states.

You will review attorney packages, manage due diligence, interact with borrowers and third parties, and help mitigate closing risks while aligning with Regions policies and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Two years of related financial services industry experience.
• Knowledge of commercial credit and regulatory requirements (BSA/AML, OFAC, etc.).
• Ability to collaborate with deal teams and lenders on various transactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review loan documentation for complex commercial loans.
• Forecast loan pipeline activity with the deal team and provide due diligence requirements.
• Review attorney-prepared loan packages for syndicated loans with Regions as agent bank.
• Ensure closings comply with loan approvals and policies; manage post-closing documentation.
• Obtain documents evidencing debt and secure the loan; remediate issues pre-closing.
• Coordinate with Real Estate Banking and other segments to book loans and disburse proceeds.
