Job summary

Firstrust Bank is seeking a Client Services Loan Specialist in a hybrid role to support Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers and Credit Managers in managing commercial loan portfolios.

You will review closing packages for compliance with regulations and bank policy, assemble loan closing documents, and handle third-party reports and insurance-related items. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a commercial bank environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a two- or four-year degree preferred.
• Intermediate efficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review loan packages for accuracy and completeness in the loan origination system.
• Prepare and assemble complete loan closing packages for commercial transactions.
• Order and collect necessary items and reports (e.g., UCC searches, appraisals, credit reports).
• Ensure CRA information is addressed and geocode maps are updated as needed.
• Process new loan fundings via wire, check, or Salesforce case submission.
