Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience litigating in federal and state courts (NY/NJ).
• Experience with surety, construction litigation, and/or insurance coverage is a plus.

• Represent clients in civil litigation before federal and state courts.
• Draft and manage pleadings, motions, and discovery; develop case strategies.
