Aufgaben

• Manage all phases of litigations in state and federal courts from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Represent clients and practice group with skill, ethics, and confidence before courts, mediators, and arbitrators.
• Work independently and with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to achieve favorable resolutions.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve cost-effective resolutions for clients in litigation and transactional matters.
• Adapt to changing circumstances with creativity and flexibility.
• Commit to client and team goals and priorities, and engage in marketing to grow the practice group’s client base.
