Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is seeking a mid to senior-level attorney to join our Surety & Fidelity team in Roseland, New Jersey. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of commercial litigation experience and litigates in NY and NJ state and federal courts.

Experience with surety, construction litigation, and/or insurance coverage matters is a plus. The expected salary range is $185,000 – $225,000, with the total compensation package including discretionary bonuses and comprehensive

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG Law”) is seeking a mid to senior-level attorney to join our Surety & Fidelity team in our Roseland, New Jersey office. The ideal candidate for this role is a commercial litigator with 6+ years of experience, with significant experience litigating in the federal and state courts of both New York and New Jersey. Experience with surety, construction litigation, and/or insurance coverage matters is a plus.

The expected salary range for this position is $185,000 – $225,000.

The actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including (without limitation) the role for which the applicant is hired, the applicant’s qualifications, relevant experience and other certifications or professional licenses held.
