Job summary

Taylor Root, a well-established Boston law firm, seeks an experienced Litigation Associate to join its growing practice. Compensation ranges from $135,000 to $170,000 base with additional bonus opportunities, including year-end and performance bonuses.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial disputes, and a proven record in conducting and defending depositions, with strong advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of litigation experience.
• Commercial litigation background preferred.
• Experience conducting and defending depositions.
• Comfortable appearing in court and taking an active role in matters.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on courtroom experience and active participation in matters.
• Manage depositions and contribute to case strategy.
