Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct written and document discovery, including review of electronically stored information.
• Draft pleadings, memoranda, and motions.
• Prepare for and defend depositions.
• Assist with witness preparation and trial strategy.
• Perform legal research and provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients.
• Participate in high-stakes matters.
