Job summary

A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Litigation Associate to join their Commercial Litigation group in Boston or New York. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience managing complex commercial disputes, including legal research, drafting pleadings, and trial preparation. Strong analytical and communication skills are a must. This full-time role offers an estimated salary range of $225,000 - $325,000, along with comprehensive benefits including medical insurance, 401(k), and disability insurance.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction of your primary office.
• Have outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comparable law firm and/or clerkship experience preferred.
• Experience conducting discovery, drafting and arguing pleadings and motions.
• Experience with both defense and plaintiff side litigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage key phases of complex, high-stakes commercial disputes.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions.
• Take and defend depositions and assist with witness preparation.
• Support all aspects of trial preparation and strategy.
