Formación

• 4–6 years of litigation experience.
• Active Massachusetts Bar license in good standing.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage matters effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Manage all aspects of the discovery process.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Assist with trial preparation.
• Argue motions and represent clients at conferences and hearings.
