Job summary

Taylor Root, a well-established Boston law firm, seeks an experienced Litigation Associate to join its growing practice. Compensation ranges from $135,000 to $170,000 base with additional bonus opportunities, including year-end and performance bonuses.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial disputes, and a proven record in conducting and defending depositions, with strong advocacy skills.

Compensation: $135,000 to $170,000 base + multiple bonus opportunities
