• Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, pleadings and motions
• Drafting and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions
• Taking and defending depositions in high-value cases
• Assisting with witness preparation and trial strategy
• Supporting all aspects of trial preparation and proceedings
• Working closely with senior attorneys on business‑critical litigation matters
