Cole Scott & Kissane is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney in Florida to handle commercial litigation, professional liability, and employment law matters. The attorney will take and defend depositions, draft dispositive motions, and appear at hearings, mediations, and trials, while providing analytical legal research and client advisement.

Qualified candidates must be licensed to practice in Florida with 2-5 years of litigation experience, strong academic credentials, excellent writing

Qualifications

• Must be a Florida Bar licensed attorney.
• 2–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation, professional liability, and/or employment law.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Perform legal research and provide analysis of case law
• Prepare pleadings and correspondence
• Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Provide exemplary legal counsel to clients

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar
• Must have 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation, professional liability, and/or employment law
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
