Cole Scott & Kissane, P.A. seeks a Commercial Litigation Attorney in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The attorney will handle commercial litigation, professional liability, and employment law matters, taking and defending depositions and drafting dispositive motions.

The role requires Florida Bar admission, strong research and writing, and the ability to work independently or in a team. A competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar.
• 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation, professional liability, and/or employment law.
• Strong academic credentials.
