Job summary

Cole, Scott & Kissane seeks a Construction Litigation Attorney in Tampa, FL. The attorney will provide counseling and legal services to contractors, developers, and individuals in disputes involving defect claims, torts, and contractual disputes related to construction.

Responsibilities include taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and appearing at site inspections, hearings, mediations, and trials.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of civil litigation experience, preferably in construction litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida (Florida Bar).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
