Job summary

Cole Scott & Kissane seeks a Commercial Litigation Attorney in West Palm Beach, FL to handle complex litigation, depositions, and motions within a collaborative team. The firm offers a competitive compensation package and full benefits as part of a high-performing group.

Florida Bar admission is required, with 2–5 years of litigation experience in commercial litigation, professional liability, and/or employment law.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Florida and in good standing.
• 2–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation, professional liability, and/or employment law.
• Strong academic credentials with excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
