Job summary

Cole, Scott & Kissane is seeking a Construction Litigation Attorney in Florida. The role involves counseling clients in construction disputes, taking and defending depositions, and drafting dispositive motions.

You will attend site inspections, hearings, mediations, and trials while conducting legal research and preparing pleadings and correspondence. The ideal candidate must be a licensed Florida Bar member with at least one year of civil litigation experience, preferably in construction, and
