Job summary

Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. seeks a Construction Litigation Attorney to handle disputes involving defect claims, torts, and contractual issues for contractors and design professionals in Florida.

The attorney will take and defend depositions, draft dispositive motions, and participate in site inspections, hearings, mediations, and trials. Excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team, are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar.
• Minimum 1 year of civil litigation experience, preferably in construction litigation.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
