Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position Overview

• Our client is seeking a motivated and conscientious Litigation Attorney to join its legal team.
• The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of litigation experience, including substantial courtroom experience, strong legal writing skills, and the ability to manage complex commercial litigation matters.
• This role is suited to an attorney who can independently handle litigation matters, develop effective legal strategies, and provide practical advice to clients.
• Candidates must be willing to work in the office every day. Remote work is not available for this position.
• A portable book of business is strongly preferred but is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• 6-8 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Demonstrated courtroom litigation experience.
• Experience handling all stages of commercial litigation.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent drafting skills, including experience preparing pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Strong oral advocacy, negotiation, and client communication skills.
