Job summary

A Philadelphia-based law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to handle disputes in state and federal courts, including complex matters and class actions. • Take part in every stage of litigation, including discovery, depositions, brief writing and trial
• Get regular client contact and on-your-feet court experience
• Work directly with partners on sophisticated litigation issues

What We're Looking For

• J.D. with excellent academic credentials
• Active Pennsylvania Bar admission in good standing (New Jersey Bar a plus)
• 3 to 5 years of commercial litigation experience, including litigating in Pennsylvania state and federal courts
• Excellent research and writing skills, and a self-starter attitude
• Applicants should be ready to provide a cover letter, resume, transcript and writing sample
