Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
• Experience handling complex commercial or business disputes.
• Strong motion practice, research, and writing experience.
• Exposure to sophisticated litigation matters involving multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse subject matter areas.
• Strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive litigation documents
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues
• Participate in discovery, including document review, written discovery, and depositions
• Assist with hearing, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation
• Develop case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys
• Work directly with clients and assist in managing ongoing litigation matters
• Support matters across multiple substantive practice areas as business needs require
